“The Maine Association of Nonprofits hired Kim Parrott and SeaChange Resources to help a group of 20 emerging leaders working in the “local food movement” in Maine assess their leadership skills, strengthen peer relationships, and create leadership development plans. Kim did an excellent job administering the assessment, and providing an interactive training session, designed to help participants engage with their strengths and developmental opportunities – alone and together. The session as a whole served to strengthen the group, and the individuals who participated. Everyone left the session with a leadership development plan to guide their professional development.
