Executive Coaching
Every executive coaching relationship is custom-designed. Coach and client are equal partners in addressing the client’s needs. This may include any or all of the following: an introductory in-person meeting, personal assessments, interviews with the client’s supervisor, peers and direct reports and then a series of in-person or phone sessions scheduled over a six month period.
Team Coaching
Team coaching is about meeting a group at its current level of operation and taking it to the next level. We work with both high functioning teams to fine-tune their performance and challenged teams to break through barriers. Whether newly formed or a group that has been working together for many years, our developmental approach strengthens the working relationships so that people communicate and collaborate within an environment of respect.
Leadership & Management Development Workshops
