Horses Won’t Lie: Episode 1 with Tori
Here's a story worth sharing. My friend and colleague, Summer Davies, and I share a passion for leadership development and horses-as-teachers. Last year Summer co-facilitated EQuest with me, which is an equine-guided journey into purpose, power and presence for female leaders. I first noticed it this summer. We were running our final pilot of EQuest in Montana. Kenton Jakub with Beeswax Productions had joined us to document the participant experience through photographs, video and interviews.

I've often been asked: what do horses and the sea have to do with executive development? It's a fair question. Surely there are easier ways to offer rising leaders a customized interactive and reflective experience supported by executive coaching?
A New Language
Horses speak their own language. They communicate with each other with the twitch of an ear in close quarters or a whinny that sends a message clear across a valley.
